Start with safety
Stop riding if a fault could affect steering, braking, frame integrity, electrical safety or battery condition. Switch the machine off, move it away from flammable material if safe to do so, and contact us. Never open or repair a lithium battery yourself.
What the warranty means
The period and exact coverage are shown on the product page or supplied warranty documents. Coverage can differ between the frame, electrical system, battery and consumable parts. Warranty support sits alongside—and does not replace—your UK statutory rights.
What to keep
Keep the order number, serial number, charger, keys, manuals and original specification details. Follow the setup, charging, inspection, storage and service schedule. Where the manufacturer asks for maintenance records, keep them.
Wear parts
Tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, belts, grips, bearings and similar consumables wear with use. Normal wear is not usually a manufacturing defect, although an unusually early failure can still be assessed on its facts.
Typical exclusions
Warranty normally excludes crash or impact damage, misuse, racing, overloading, corrosion from poor storage, water exposure beyond the stated rating, unauthorised modifications, incorrect charging, neglected maintenance and commercial use of a product sold for personal riding. The exact manufacturer terms control.
Making a useful claim
Send your order and serial numbers, when the issue started, what happened immediately beforehand, any warning codes, and clear photos or video. Good evidence reduces diagnosis time and helps us get the right part or remedy first time.
Battery transport
Damaged or suspected-fault lithium batteries are regulated goods. Do not post or courier one without our written instructions. We will explain the safe next step after assessment.
