1. About Wizzkid
Wizzkid operates this website and sells the products shown here. You can contact us at hello@wizzkid.co.uk.
2. Using This Website
Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or copy its content unlawfully. Product photographs and specifications are provided to help you choose, but screen colours and manufacturer information can vary.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The automatic order email confirms that we have received it; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order because of stock, pricing, payment checks, delivery restrictions or a clear legal-use concern. If that happens, any payment taken will be returned.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and optional services are shown before payment. You must be authorised to use the payment method selected. Any finance option is subject to the lender’s separate terms and approval.
5. Product Performance
Range, speed, charging time and power figures are estimates or manufacturer figures rather than guarantees. Rider weight, temperature, terrain, tyre pressure, maintenance and riding mode all affect real-world results.
6. Delivery
We provide an estimated delivery window rather than a guaranteed date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered. Ownership passes once we have received full cleared payment.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Faults
UK consumers have cancellation rights and legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Our Delivery & Returns and Warranty pages explain how to contact us and do not reduce those rights.
8. Safe and Legal Use
You are responsible for checking where and how a product can legally be used, including any age, registration, insurance and protective-equipment requirements. Privately owned electric scooters generally cannot be used on UK public roads or pavements outside authorised schemes. Off-road products must be used only on private land with permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
10. General
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. English law applies, while UK consumers keep any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts where they live.
